The Process
Once you’re ready to work with me, kindly submit an application form so I can deeply understand your vision and goals for your project.
If we’re a perfect match:
Path 1: We can already proceed with Agreement & Payment if my curated packages already serve your needs. No proposal needed unless required.
Path 2: If required, I’ll prepare a custom proposal document along with a walkthrough video and send it via Google Chat. No calls needed.
After you’ve selected a curated package, I’ll prepare the agreement for you to sign along with the invoice for settlement to secure your spot.
Once the agreement is signed and payment is settled, we’ll begin the project process the following day, excluding wekeends.

I only work remotely and on a project basis, but still consider full-time opportunities depending on alignment and availability.
I’m not limited to design services — I can also support other areas of your business, just like what my clients ask help with, even if it’s not listed in my services.
I’m not locked into a specific design style. I adapt to your brand and audience. I can design for personal, business, or corporate brands with a style that feels true to your business. Sweet, bold, romantic, formal, or even playful — whatever aligns with your brand and audience, I adapt.
Yet at the heart of every piece, my philosophy remains the same: designs that are always classic, clean, and clear — something your audience can easily connect with and comprehend.
For International: I accept payments exclusively through Wise as I no longer support PayPal, but you can conveniently transfer from any of your bank accounts to my US Wise account without having to use Wise.
For Local (Philippines): I accept payments from any of your bank accounts to my MariBank (formerly SeaBank) account.
I always require a 50% upfront payment before starting a project, with the remaining 50% due upon project delivery. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.
My clients are comfortable paying in full upfront or upon project completion. However, I can offer 2–3 month payment plans to make your investment more flexible, depending on the nature and scope of the project.
To maintain flexibility while protecting my work, your final deliverables will only be shared once your balance has been fully settled.
For example, if you avail a 3-month payment plan for your brand project, the delivery will be divided into parts per month and completed upon your final payment.
Terms and conditions will be included in our agreement.
Every bespoke project I work on typically takes 2–5 weeks to complete from onboarding to delivery, with simple projects taking less time and complex projects requiring more time.
There is no fixed timeline for when a project can be finished, as every project is different.
It depends on your selected service(s) and their deliverables, your response time, and your unique requirements.
Once you’ve secured your spot with me by signing the agreement and settling the payment within the given timeframe, we can start the onboarding process a day after to prepare for the project, excluding weekends.
As of now, I operate exclusively online and do not have a physical office. Although I’m based in the Philippines, I serve clients internationally, which is why you may also see Philippines-based pricing on my website.
No, I am not, and I don’t see myself becoming one (or at least not yet). I’m not a company either, although I purposefully named my brand and business The OAKTH Company.
I treat every brand and business I work on with the same level of heart you pour into it, and believe in your vision as much as you do.
